Product Overview

Weld Integrity Monitor is designed to allow welding engineers and welding quality experts to establish quality/integrity tracking for each robotic weld joint including setting alerts and escalation procedures. WIM will conduct detailed analysis on collected weld data by Tools Data Manager for each completed robotic weld joint and compare the results against the user defined baseline for normalcy and acceptability. If the results of the real time analysis deviates from the baseline, WIM will apply the user defined rules for initiating alerts based on % of deviation from the baseline.

WIM, therefore, is a complete set of tools for handling and analyzing critical processing data from robotic welding systems. These WIM tools allow the engineers to establish an acceptable baseline for each and every joint or set of joints to be welded and monitored. WIM tools also allow the engineers to determine the rules for alerts and alarms that will be used to notify the user of potential issues with welding results.
