Product Overview
The Process Data Module (PDM) is one of the primary operating module options for the TDM suite. Much like the torque performance module, PDM is designed to do perform following functions:
-
- Manage and maintain connectivity to assigned processes, including but not limited to:
- Sensored processes such as temperatuires, pressures, flow, levels, current, and similar
- Packaged processes such as testers, curing, painting, forming, stamping, extrusion, injection molding, sonic welding, alignment system, liquid fill stations and more
- Manual processes with operator generated data
- Extract, precondition, associate and table all collected data
- Provide sub-listings of speciality processes where detailed analytics will be applied such as Injection Molding machines, cutting systems, curing systems, bending and forming systems, speciality alignment and measuring systems, liquid dispensing/fill station and similar.
- Each process listing will have its own interactive dashboards for activity and exception events
- Each process will deploy its own set of scientific algorithms and analysis designed to track the specific behavior characteristics for each respective process
- Monitors and alerts are user configurable per each process listing
- Reporting tools that allow viewing and reporting of specific process data
- Process data is available for integrated product quaility and results reports with other data sets
Consistent throughout the TDM suite, the Process Data Module provides user interfaces that are easy to use and navigate. From the entry view of system status, TDM suite provides click and go navigation up to and within the Process Module.
